s99 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and s99 ("s99", "the Platform", "We", or "Us"), accessible at https://s99.lat.

By visiting the s99 website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of your agreement with s99.

s99 services are strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering on your own behalf, using your real personal information — not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an s99 employee.
• You have not previously had an s99 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on s99. Duplicate accounts detected by our system will be suspended immediately and any balances therein may be forfeited pending investigation. s99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia (such as Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, or Bangsar), and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are wholly responsible for all activity that occurs under your s99 account. You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential. s99 will never contact you via email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password.

You agree to notify s99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. s99 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials or from your sharing of account access with a third party.

• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Only the registered account holder may access and use the account.
• Accounts showing signs of bot activity, script-assisted play, or automated wagering will be suspended.
• s99 reserves the right to close dormant accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be held for a period of 6 months following closure notice, after which it may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Account closure requests must be submitted in writing via the support email. Processing may take up to 5 business days.

All financial transactions on s99 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. Availability of specific payment channels may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time. s99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the relevant account investigated.

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction (subject to channel minimums).
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 30 minutes for verified accounts; up to 3 business days for accounts pending verification.
• Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
• s99 reserves the right to request additional identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal.

s99 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees, for which s99 bears no responsibility.

s99 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are subject to a wagering rollover requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated on the promotion page.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• s99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at its sole discretion if it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or exploitation of a system error.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses only and exclude wagering conducted with existing bonus funds.

s99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts provided all applicable terms are met.

• Players must not use any software, tool, robot, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Collusion between players — including soft play in poker or coordinated sports betting — is strictly forbidden.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to accumulate winnings is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation may be reversed.
• Wagers placed after a game event has concluded (late bets) may be voided at s99's discretion.
• In the event of a system malfunction or communication error, all affected bets will be deemed void and stakes returned to player accounts.

Players aged 21 and above are the only individuals permitted to use s99. We maintain strict age verification procedures and will terminate any account found to belong to an underage individual, with all associated balances forfeited.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session notifications to alert you after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and all marketing communications suspended.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use s99 for personal and recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any content from the s99 platform without express prior written consent from s99.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to s99 may be used by s99 without obligation of compensation, acknowledgement, or confidentiality.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s99 and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.

s99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

s99 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk. s99 shall not be liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including power outages, telecommunications failures, or government actions.

s99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using s99, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

s99 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions and secure storage of sensitive information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and s99 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

s99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the s99 platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The Last Updated date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time the withdrawal was requested.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulatory standards applicable to the licensing jurisdiction under which s99 operates. Where a specific governing law applies to your jurisdiction, nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute between you and s99 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through s99's internal complaints procedure by contacting [email protected]. s99 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as specified by the applicable licensing authority. s99's decision on matters of game outcomes, as determined by certified RNG audit logs, shall be final and binding.
